Dustin Hendrick is a writer and filmmaker. He writes fiction, nonfiction, and screenplays.
His first publication is The Endless M, a collection of autobiographical essays from Rose Books.
In 2023 he was the recipient of an Oregon Literary Fellowship in fiction.
His short fiction and essays have been published in literary journals including The Write Launch, Sepia Quarterly, and Beyond Queer Words.

He lives in Portland, Oregon with his husband Nathan, an artist and filmmaker.
In summer 2023 he will co-direct a film adaptation of his short story, Out of View, with said husband.
